National Theatre sets the stage for dramatic rooftop pavilion

AEM’s 930sq m geometric structure will feature a lightweight PVC roof and polycarbonate facade to comply with weight limits.

Denys Lasdun’s National Theatre in London will next year become home to this temporary rooftop pavilion by AEM Architects. It is due to go on site next March.
