Kurokawa towers over Foster and KPF
The 123,000m2 mixed-use complex is made up of three linked towers ranging from 23 to 28 storeys high. Kurokawa says he set out to create a layered city, with residences at the top; public amenities such as cultural facilities, shops and restaurants on the lower floors; and offices in between.
