Stephens is inviting members of the public to vote for their favourite option for an extension to a very small cottage that will transform it into a three bedroom house. He will then take the most popular option to the planners.

It's a brave move - the cantilevered (option b) and sloping facade (option a) would surely demand quite a lot more work (and money) than boring old stacked levels. 

At the time of writing option B seems to be the most popular.

The visuals may leave quite a bit to be desired and News Junkie isn't going to tie its colours to the mast and vote for various reasons, but never-the-less we're keen to see what happens next...
