Scheme in Manchester to start later this year

Hawkins Brown has been given planning for a new rooftop extension at a Manchester design agency.

The scheme will add an extra 400sq m of space to The Neighbourhood’s studio on Lever Street off Stevenson Square in the city’s Northern Quarter.

A new community roof garden space, which will incorporate an event space for shared use, will be created on the fifth floor of the new extension.

Work is planned to start later this year.
