Scheme is to replace buildings damaged in 2011 Breivik attacks

Haptic and Nordic are in a team that has been shortlisted for a new government quarter in Norway’s capital Oslo after being damaged in terrorist attacks carried out five years ago by Anders Breivik.

The competition is being organised by the country’s state building agency, Statsbygg, with a total of seven teams chasing the deal.

The scheme includes three existing and six large new buildings with the space being developed coming to around 150,000sq m.
