Derbion to deliver 14-storey tower and six residential blocks near shopping centre

The final phase of Leonard Design Architects’ 1,150-home regeneration masterplan in Derby has been approved by the city council.

After last week’s approval of the Eagle Quarter development, developer and shopping centre owner Derbion is now cleared to build 674 homes across six blocks at the vacant former site of the Eagle Market building in the city centre.
