Riverside development to be city’s first wholly co-living scheme

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has submitted a planning application for a 272-home co-living scheme in Bath.

Called Windsor Bridge Co-Living, the scheme for Blue Coast Capital would be built on a long-neglected former industrial site on the banks of the River Avon which has been vacant since the 1970s.
