Two new developments for Havebury Housing Partnership in Suffolk have secured a Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 rating helped by Baxi Solarflo in-roof panels specified with Santon Premier Plus Solar twin coil, hot water cylinders and Potterton Promax SL heat only boilers. The £16 million building, designed by PRC Group Architects, features 86 vertical projecting glass fins on the east and west facades that limit direct sunlight while allowing natural daylight to filter through.
