Callison has seen some organisational changes over the past year, starting with the appointment in January of John Jastrem as chairman and CEO. His strategy for the Seattle-based practice is to “align resources with marketplace demand”.

Since Callison is finding New York and London among its strongest offices, Jastrem has put them under the management of Leigh Dennis, who has been managing its European operations for nine years and was key in launching Callison’s London office in 2002.

Callison has added more than 200 staff overall to its global offices and is hiring strategically to fill needs in growth areas.

Jastrem said: “By putting our best teams in place, specifically in growth markets like New York and London, we can facilitate client needs on a local level with comprehensive global services.”
