KSS has designed a new training academy for Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur.

The £45 million centre in Enfield, north London, will be used by the first team and academy squads and will be built by McLaren Construction.

KSS’s design centres around a 70m x 50m indoor artificial pitch, and also contains a swimming pool, fitness centre, medical facilities and media centre. The complex will also contain 11 outdoor pitches.

McLaren chairman Kevin Taylor said: “KSS has developed a fantastic design and it will be a premier league project in every sense.”

KSS has also designed Tottenham’s planned new stadium.
