Jo McCafferty said: “The desk of a working mum. A mixture of order and chaos. You’ve caught me just before our skip / recycle day, which we have every few months, so it’s looking particularly cluttered. I must admit to tidying a little - it was even worse than this before. Lots of long days at the moment so the coffee cup is an essential. Plenty of artistic reminders from my two children too. From the window you get a glimpse of our small courtyard garden and old ivy covered wall, which provide a calm retreat from Dalston’s hectic street life.”
