Plans in for 2,300-home redevelopment of former GSK headquarters

Howarth Tompkins, dRMM, Studio Egret West and Metropolitan Workshop collaborating on 13-acre scheme

Property developer Hadley Group has sent in its application for a 13-acre redevelopment of the former GSK headquarters in west London.

The proposals for the 980 Great West Road site in Brentford would include around 2,300 homes, 35% of which would be affordable, and more than 320,000sq ft of commercial and retail spa
