Located on a constrained site behind the High Street, the development delivers 256 rental homes within walking distance of two major London transport hubs

Howells has completed Uncle Wembley Gardens, a 256-home build-to-rent (BTR) development in Brent, designed in partnership with HUB, Bridges Fund Management and Realstar.

The project marks the second phase of BTR delivery on the site, following a previous scheme completed in 2020 by the same team. The new development is located a short walk from Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations, providing direct links to central London.
