Minister refuses to list at-risk school

Evans & Shalev’s 1972 building faces demolition.

The Welsh heritage minister has refused to list an acclaimed 1970s school building in Newport despite appeals by leading names including Richard Rogers, David Chipperfield, Zaha Hadid, Peter Cook and Richard Rogers.
