UK architect beats 49 longlisted teams to design 760ha city expansion

The practice is part of an Anglo-French-Russian consortium led by Knight Frank and featuring two French architects, XTU and OXO.

It beat into second place the only other shortlisted Brits, LDA Design and Bioregional Consulting, whose team was headed by Russia’s Asadov and partners Architectural Studio and included KPMG Russia.
