King’s Cross developer Argent teams up with US firm
Developer Argent Related and Haringey Council have signed a partnership agreement for the regeneration of Tottenham Hale in north London.
The council wants to build 900 new homes over the next five years next to Tottenham Hale station as well as amentities and community faciities, including a health centre.
Argent and its American rental property firm partner Related are hoping the first new homes will be ready by 2020.
The regeneration of Tottenham Hale is part of a series of projects happening in Tottenham including Populous’s new football stadium for Spurs.
Argent Related is also working on the Brent Cross South scheme in joint venture with Barnet Council which will include 6,700 homes.
