Work expected to start onsite in the autumn

A mixed-use waterside development in Shoreham designed by CZWG has been granted planning permission.

The scheme, for Southern Housing Group, has been rubber stamped by Adur & Worthing Council.

It will be built at Free Wharf on the River Adur. Southern Housing Group has also appointed CZWG to prepare tender information, with a view to starting on site this autumn.
