Dear Oliver Wainwright, please see Oxford Dictionary for definitions of light and agile. For this would in fact be the opposite; an awkwardly stacked assemblage of badly proportioned clunky boxes. I don't know why everyone gets such a hard-on for Koolhas's work, for typically it's incredibly crude in composition. Surely it must be as a result of being seduced by his flowery language, rather than any design skill. I'm calling it - the Emperor has no clothes, OMA aren't very good at design though they are good at the BS, and it's all but hype which we really needn't uphold any further. (Incidentally there are a few slightly better images of the building than these photos, which has a few okay aspects but overall is far from outstanding).
