Edward Architecture submits plans for Doncaster eco business-park
Breeam very good rating expected for Robin Hood Airport scheme
Leeds-based Edward Architecture has submitted a full planning application for a sustainable business park at Robin Hood Airport in Doncaster.
Doncaster ECO Business Park will provide nearly 6,000sq m of space in 41 units. The scheme is expected to achieve a Breeam very good rating, with what is hoped will be the cheapest energy costs of any office scheme in Yorkshire.
Sustainable design techniques used include passive solar design, rainwater harvesting, north lights, natural ventilation and a fabric first approach.
The business park is being developed for Workpods, part of Monument Investment Holdings.
