Obviously this particular type of cladding should not be used ever again. The system allowed for the fire to jump to adjacent panels all with inflammable cores, so spread very very rapidly.

But people are saying that a sprinkler system would have saved lives had it been installed. I am not sure how, given that the people were stuck inside a metal box which was on fire?
