For goodness sake, why does Kahn just not call in and veto this ridiculous proposal. It is in architectural and Urbanistic terms negative, it would destroy historic views of the City and offer little or nothing to London.

It has not attracted private funding as proposed at it's launch. It is a silly vanity project and should be vetoed right now by Kahn.

It is also a crap bridge design, Arup know that but are happy to take the fee to engineer a bad design.

Heatherwick remain silent, for obvious reasons.
