Well I am sure the Section 106 will cover all that amenity provision in the city. Some people don't want gardens and are happy with their own place to live away from their parents or whatever. So I am not against the idea. But I don't think much of the architecture - they do just look like a load of milled steel lumps, its like the cheapest design someone could come up with. I prefer to see skyscrapers with some character and imagination, they don't have to be just metal/glass rectangles.
