Actually Frank is complimenting the whole of the profession, since globaly architects are about 0.05% of a population (Western typically, lower elsewhere), for 2% of the buildings to be good is quite an achievement.

Its no surprise the majority of buildings are bad when there are so few architects.

He still didn't answer the questions though, as the truth hurts his ego.
