When I look at housing like this, I can understand why volume house builders do not generally employ architects.

When I worked for Harlow Development Corporation Frederick Gibberd insisted I design houses which were Harlow.. Before I designed pleasant rural style houses that most people wanted to buy and builders could sell. When the Corporation finished I continued to design such houses.
