Unfortunately there are loads of projects needed, but all are just poor speculation and feasibility with no urban planning, non of them will materials in min another 10 years. ONLY If the ... will give the green light!
Take for example Iraq it has been 10 years since the ENVASION and they only started one project on site, an olympic stadium in Basrah... and the whole city have inufficient water and electricity (infrastructure!).
In my opinion it is ML rather than real opportunity.
