Err, no that's not the building. That's part of the old hospital that's already been refurbished and now home to University of Sheffield's Music Department. The bit they want to demolish is behind this and is the remnants of a facade which has been knocked about a bit with various patches and 50s, 60s & 70s extensions/windows etc.
They've probably kept the best bit. Still Sheffield Council do equate old with worthy for some reason.
