To clarify, the design appears to be a simple glass box. Which if it is well detailled would have been a much more elegant solution. As it is it seems they've bottled it and gone for the easy option of a unnecessary and inarticulate cladding over it. Doubtless it was thought this added 'interest'.
Good to see Sheffield get a much needed new building, such a shame about the quality.
