Curious, is it one of the half finished towers/empty sites besides City Road Basin, one of the half finished tower/empty sites 500m further down City Road near the old Hackney Planning Office or a half finished tower/empty site somewhere else along City Road, a thoroughfare that has as miserable an environment as ever, much uglier and alienating than nearby Islington, Hoxton, or the City, yet mystifyingly unlike those places regarded now, according to NLAs (excellent) Housing exhibition as what is known as "Prime" real estate.
