I was struck by the fact they want to implement the RIBA part 3 in China. This is a money making opportunity as no doubt students will need to get reciprocity for part 1 and part 2 and then ARB will be involved. And what the point if they don't have visas which allow them to work in Britain? What advantage does it have if you can't practice as a 'British' architect?
