"We need to grow up and learn from other species (and ecosystems), who have been here for much longer...and stay on the RED line, not the BLUE (Ponzi), one of sudden collapse"

I have been researching "fracture design" for two decades, with my peer-reviewed work being first published in AD magazine in 1995. It is also know as Chaos theory and more recently as Complex Dynamical Systems.
It's best summarised here:

One mitigating strategy to keep on that RED line is employing the carrot & stick - hacking the price mechanism and tougher legal regimes to criminalise unsustainable economic and ecological damage. The template? The new Constructal sustainable design law of nature and culture and its related optimising geometry, the Asynsis principle:

Suggested Implication: we violate a law of nature at our peril, from hubris, inevitably comes Gaian nemesis. If effect, stakeholders who violate physical laws of nature are committing crimes against nature, against the biosphere and our societies that depend on and are integral to it. From this position, the only rational, ethical course is to draft and pass internationally binding legislation to regulate and mitigate those violations, including those of economic and ecological unsustainability.
The right to sustainable economic and ecological development should therefore be a fundamental human right (like the right to uncensored information, transparency, accountability and justice), and be enshrined in the UN universal declaration as such.
Stakeholders who continue with unsustainable economic/ecological behaviour will then be put in the untenable position of being punished by both the markets and civic society through the judiciary.
Civic activism is the most direct and rapid way to effect these urgently required changes, including lobbying, petitions, social media campaigns, NGO-support and mass political-economic protest, which is exactly what is already occurring. Crowd-sourced wisdom indeed.
Time is short, the political class is enfeebled and emasculated by the short-termism of electoral cycles and by corporate lobbying - so direct action by the consumer-electorate is the only recourse we, as concerned, globalised citizens now have, since the present system is clearly, self-evidently so dysfunctional.

My own work in the field of complexity in nature and culture has now been peer-reviewed by Emeritus Professor Vera de Spinadel of Buenos Aries University and revised to make some original 1995 publication transcription amendments, plus extended to cover recent developments in science and architecture:

Join us - the "carrot & stick" Sustopia societal reboot mission-statement based on our new sustainable design law of
nature and culture (the Asynsis principle-Constructal law), is here in the about section (we've diagnosed the adolescent Ponzi human civilisational condition, now for the epochal, universal Cosmomimetic cure):
