A sustainable home for 2.2 mil? What part of the building is curved in plan? Looks like a series of squares to me. Which brings up the issue of the banal plan(ing). And the curves, which must be the outline of the ground terrace 'respond' to the natural habitat and ocean waves! That old isomorphic nonsense year 2 students do all the time. Lazy building and lazy writing.
