Put amongst the Arcellor-whats-it-name Orbit and the Cutty Sark greenhouse, this doesn't look that bad. Uninspiring and bland perhaps, but as the blurb in the nomination points out, it's on a stretch of the road that "is not pretty and the majority of the surrounding buildings are nothing special" so it should fit right in.
