Thank you for a great review. The building looks good but given its long narrow form I wish a way could be found to avoid providing single aspect flats above the ground floor, whose flats go right through. Or lose a bit of floor space and put more cores in.
On the positive side I will say that since the single aspect flats are wide and shallow they get are likely plenty of light into the rooms but to me it's still a second rate building format.
