Can't see the link to classical type styling myself, just because there are two different kinds of straight supports (piloti) chosen to be called columns. Compared to others of its time, it could be noteworthy, but it appears more metabolic to my eye. To be Classical there has to be a centre somewhere, even asymetric would do, a place from the where the form extends logically. The arcade looks deserted and hard to clean.
