May this continued time of struggle begin a new generation of architects, partners and directors who remember being in the shoes of a part 1/2 placement student and refuse to demean themselves and their profession by offering trained (and often experienced) graduates a decent wage, reflective of the work that they put into the practice.

Nobody will ever work at my practice for free or on an insultingly low wage.
