Sorry SAndals, but you obviously know nothing of the site itself. Opposite a characterful Georgian terrace and around the corner from Kingston Square - a well preserved Georgian square with a collection of gems. Personally I think this proposal is a vast improvement on this part of the city centre being ruined by a big surface car park.
