On a purely aesthetic note, as I have not yet experienced the new space in person, the regularity of the window openings, especially as highlighted in the evening shot in this series, reminds me of David Chipperfield's Barcelona City of Justice scheme. The facade material used in Chipperfields project however, is much more appealing, with a greater sense of permanency. It will be interesting to see how the surrounding buildings respond to the building.
