Oh please BD, open your eyes, the building is hideous! While I've admired some of Fretton's work in the past this is awful- I've seen more inviting North Korean police stations. Have the 60s taught nothing, an exercise in naval gazing and studied ugliness. No wonder architects are increasingly marginalised if they can't see how horrid this is.
