I like the exterior appearance of the building. And I'm glad to see a layout where both the kitchen and bathroom have their own windows (something that's depressingly rare in new build flats today). However, looking at the photo of the living room above, the width of the room looks unpleasantly narrow. The impression is of a small and cramped living space. The the low ceiling gives it an even more claustrophobic feel.
