As usual, too brief and too many words oriented towards the average Joe, and not towards an architect. I would appreciate more; ie. a Site Plan or cut-away Section Perspective, etc. that ILLUSTRATES the MAIN IDEA with drawing(s) as to what makes this design special and deserving of it's selection. Thank you.
