Planners approve Sanei Hopkins Derbyshire house
Couple ran competition to choose designers
Sanei Hopkins has been given the go-ahead for a new family home in the Peak District.
The London practice won a competition, organized by the owners of the property, in May 2009 to design the property in Baslow in the Derwent Valley.
A planning application was submitted last August by a team which also includes Elliott Wood Partnership and Max Fordham.
The 900 sq m timber structured house has been designed with locally-quarried stone as a rainscreen on the outside to blend in with the surrounding landscape.
