Bond Bryan wins approval for Rotherham arts college
Rotherham Council has given planning permission to Bond Bryan’s redevelopment of the South Yorkshire town’s arts and technology college.
It is planned as the first phase of a long-term rebuilding plan and is budgeted to cost £8 million – partly funded by the college itself.
Under the plans, the new-look Rotherham College of Arts & Technology will include nearly 2,000 sq m of new build teaching space along with a 1,200 sq m of refurbished accommodation.
Bond Bryan associate director Bruce Raw said: “The college’s intention is to rebuild the entire town centre campus over five phases as funds become available.”
