Nicholas Hare Architects completes £45.6 million Hampshire office scheme
Nicholas Hare Architects has completed a £45.6 million office development in Hampshire in the 69 weeks demanded by the client.
The 20,000sq m development on the IQ Business Park in Farnborough comprises four office buildings, a café and a seven-storey car park.
Commercial property investment company Segro insisted on the first building being ready 69 weeks after contracts were signed in November 2008, so the tenant, a multinational engineering firm, could move in.
A spokesman for Nicholas Hare said the finished product was the result of a “concerted effort by all those concerned in the design and construction process”.
