A new building for Lagos will bring 15,300sq m of office space to the West African capital

Capita Symonds Heritage Place scheme in Lagos, Nigeria, will feature office space spread across eight floors, alongside a 390-space, six-floor car park and a ground floor lobby, meeting space and café.

Andrew Pryke, design director at Capita Symonds, said: “This is a great opportunity to create a significant piece of architecture in Lagos. It will truly set the benchmark and set the bar for all new commercial projects in the area.

“Heritage Place will be one of a build number of current ongoing major projects coming out of the ground for us in West Africa in the coming year.”
