A 4000 sq m ’supershed’ designed by Alison Brooks Architects opened in Rainham today

The Wildspace development for the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation contains five standalone business units in a 90m long building with service yards and loading bays.

The formerly derelict units are now painted with 13m wide strips of colour visible from passing trains with a timber clad façade at the North East end of the building.

The building has been awarded a BREEAM ’Very Good’ rating.
