The scheme will feature community facilities, health centre with minor surgery suite and 20 apartments.
The 2,300-home Clay Farm development 3.7km south of Cambridge which has been masterplanned by PRP.

The construction value for this project is between £6m and £8m, depending on the final design selected.

And the effective minimum turnover requirement is therefore around £700,000, so talented, capable, financially stable, but small practices need not apply.

The project is due to begin on 11 June 2012.
