The museum emerges out of the ground to embrace the old Ferrari family house and workshop with a sweeping curve.
From the back, the building recalls the furrowed shell of a horseshoe crab or some mutant armadillo.
The glass facade is supported by steel cables, connected via custom-designed locally cast nodes.
